San Quintin, San Ignacio

We woke up at 6 am and packed our tents and sleeping bags. We have seen a little stroll around the Bay of San beautiful views and in our car we were loaded on the way Quintin. We stopped in El Rosario and had breakfast at the famous "Mama Espinoza's." This place is known as an expat Hang-Out and the check boxes for the Baja 1000. Espinoza's has a small hotel and a great restaurant that is also a starting point for the team of NGOs in the region. Steve McQueen is also known to his keep as cris claims to have made.

We traveled from El Rosario, Guerro Negro. We pass Guerro Negro Fort and moved a few miles past the Laguna Ojo de Liebre. We had to drive through 27 km of dirt road that was not ideal for our little rented limousine. An apartment we managed to get and in the sand on our way. We finally Bay made it and saw many gray whales, the birth of the Bank. We were late for a boat tour and we decided to continue to San

Ignacio.
We arrived in San Ignacio at about 7 pm. It was dark, but from the looks of the place it should enjoy a beautiful city. There are Palm trees everywhere and our tent is directly on a river. I can't wait to see waking up in the morning to the attractions.

An observation I've made today was that other travellers we saw are not all your normal 20 something backpackers flows through life, but a more mature type of Travlerer place. Many appear here for adventure, action sports or to find himself. We seen many Indivduals and groups in motorcycles, dirt bikes, buggies, off road trucks, mountain bikes, RV and tent campers. Baja is definitely a place to enjoy nature and the fun involved in the open air.
